Dec. 1 – Mrs. H left to Newark this A.M. get tooth pulled &c I got up late went to office & from there to Park & fixed gates there & trimmed trees & then to office and came home with Mrs. H. & Boys Cash in 2.00

Dec. 2 – Rec’d gas for it & this A.M put it in the Pa’s car – Painted. He fell here yet & are not well for Thanksgiving day.
Paid Hobart Bains.

I sent 10.00 bill to Rosenthal Co. Dowagiac, Mich. for it out also for farm house &c.
Rosenthal to return it. Change of the billing being registered letter “Hansens” 8.90

Dec. 4 – Snowed late last night & yester. 7 in. but not ought to any house it was Thanksgiving day & we found under a snowman awful & near dead.

Dec. 5 – Got up late & went to office & Mr. Bert said go to Park & see Fa & do & my went in to them with horses. G. The cloudy bad day not a bad day but something done yet

Dec. 6 – Wrote to day late to Ce’s use this little girl got back from Ma head called on me. White went later to our morning hold & called on me & waited on our hold out of the trees I went to G. with head. He went to Re & cleaned wood this for that & to him & he worried pass & cant called me with paper to office supper. I went to office with letter for head Road & office if to saw was.

Dec. 7 – Saturday got up late & worked in wood gray cold wet it always was at old barn especially along them going in them same to fence today so fixed store go over to Park go bookcases then wet yet.

Dec. 9 – Got up late & fixed fence in the lower Park near residence White pay little Tom painting & piece door with

Premium in getting very bad.

Dec. 10 – Set up late & got done working in cellar & put door up &

Rec’d letter & mailed letters from Meade’s today 5.00

went to trees cut down & set to at last not here go back to work

Dec. 11 – Sunday, Office out 300 plan Park as if our did out not much.

Resumed work in cellar and something done in office

Dec. 12. – Cut at trees – I am feeling not able at fast –

up. Wood took it feeling very bad & Pa went back 11.30 fast & a g PM bad – Windes says that they fell on us & can’t give here sure sorted if all through head hills

Dec. 13 – Sat up late & set at to do and not in time back to arms well. So I am feeling better again- work Payles 5.00 Wood Office.

I started seeds of H and peas. Her but Walterf was feeling bad.

Dec. 14 – Saturday got up early & them home hour office grew last night indeed went to se to me and to me again.

Dec. 16 – Sat up 7 AM & worked all day cut down big fence &c & back larch trees.

Dec 18, again to be over girl few it started to rain in for snow & just got thru.

Dec. 19 Sat up late for a.m. our all done worked.

I found ours all out I alone office back.
